Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Updated Covid 19 Cancellation & No Show Policy:
Your appointment time is valuable to us and we want to provide the best service possible at the time that is most convenient for you. All appointment confirmations are sent via email and/or text message through our automated system. If you are feeling unwell we prioritie your safety, health and the health of our lash artists and clients. We kindly request you call to cancel your appointment and reschedule at a later date when you are feeling better. We have waived cancellation fees due to illness.
If you need to reschedule or cancel please call us and give us a 24 hour advance notice by either speaking with someone directly or leaving a voicemail. Your appointment is *not officially cancelled* until you receive a cancellation and/or rescheduling email from our system. If we do not receive a call before the 24 hours you will be charged for 50% of your appointment This policy includes same day last minute rescheduling. If the appointment is part of a series or monthly membership the service will be automatically deducted. If you “no show” for your appointment we will charge you for 100% of the service cost.
When calling in to schedule your first appointment you will be asked for a credit card to hold your appointment. We cannot hold your appointment if we are not provided a credit card. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to serving you soon.
We do not offer refunds on services rendered, packages, memberships or classes. We aim for 100% client satisfaction at Lash Bash. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your service please contact us within 2 days of your service.
