Breathe
Combat stress and worry with a simple breathing exercise. A few times a day breathe in through your nose and hold a count of five and exhale through your mouth to a count of eight.
Exfoliate
Exfoliate your skin 3 times a week and follow this with a 30-minute soak in Epsom salts and essential oils. This will help to remineralize the skin and relax any sore or stiff muscles.
Care for your natural lashes
While many of us are still under quarantine it’s important to use this time to care for your natural lashes.
